However there are literally thousands of these streamed channels. Many of them are probably are there to provide advertising exposure for the paying service, some will be state controlled and so are essentially a form of propaganda, which may be subtle, totally biased or they could be impartial. Basically you have to take what you get. The thing is the more channels your TV on PC package offers, the more chance you might be able to access something that interests you.

When purchasing Internet TV software, there are many things to check. First of all is it legal? Make sure it says so in the sales information. It should show public domain TV programs, without any descrambling. A large number of channels should be available with some packages offering over 12000 stations. Usually the more the better, but make sure it answers any special requirements that you have. There should be a member’s area with updates so the package does not become outdated. Also Technical support should be on offer, preferable 24/7, with a guarantee. A company that has been around for several years may be more reliable. Read the hardware and operating system specifications to make sure your PC or laptop is compatible and has an adquate Internet connection.
